November 27, 2019 Representatives of UAB “SEC Baltic” participated in the 5th Lithuanian-Ukrainian Economic Forum 5, opened by Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda together with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky who came to Lithuania.
This year’s forum, organized by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK) and the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (USPP), brought together Lithuanian and Ukrainian businessmen to share experiences and develop cooperation in transport, logistics and stevedoring, renewable energy, construction, information technology and industry 4.0.
Following the opening of the Forum at the Presidential Office, the event moved to Vilnius University, where business representatives from Lithuania and Ukraine discussed co-operation opportunities in the areas of transport, logistics and stevedoring, renewable energy, construction and information technology, and Industry 4.0.
During the topic discussion on renewable energy sources, UAB SEC Baltic introduced industrial scale – megawatt capacity – lithium battery energy storage systems for balancing the power transmission network and autonomous use of renewable energy.
